This course is intended for all audiences and introduces the student to the exploration and production segment of the natural gas industry. Topics covered include finding and Producing Resources to Fuel America''s Economic Engine, basic drivers of an exploration & production company, capital investment and cash flow considerations, production procedures - drilling/testing and well completion and selling the product.
As a result of taking this course, the student should learn the following:
* How Natural Gas is found, extracted and marketed
* What are the key drivers for an E&P company
* What are the key challenges facing the E&P segment
