The SGA Layman's Guide to Environmental Issues in the Natural Gas Industry was developed and written by industry environmental professionals and consultants to provide a basic regulatory summary of the environmental regulations that directly affect the natural gas industry.
This short course is intended to transfer information and technology that will provide attendees the ability to understand, implement, and analyze turbocharger predictive maintenance strategies. While you won't become an engine/turbocharger matching expert, you will at lest learn what the “experts” are doing when they troubleshoot engine/turbocharger problems. You will also receive current information on how to obtain accurate field test data that can then be used to analyze turbocharger performance. The instructors will explain why field test data cannot compare favorably to available performance maps, and demonstrate techniques that can be used to correct the field test data so that it does compare to performance maps. Attendees should leave the course with an understanding of how turbocharger performance affects engine operations and how to reliably measure turbocharger performance.
